Before Getting Started
Do I need detailed specifications before contacting you?
No. A general idea of your problem or what you want to improve is more than enough. My role is precisely to help you clarify your needs. I come on-site, observe how you work, and together we define what will actually save you time. No technical specifications needed: tell me about your daily frustrations, that's the best starting point.
What type of company do you work with?
I work with both small businesses and SMEs, across all industries. My clients range from medical practices to production companies to e-commerce. What matters is having processes to optimize and the willingness to become more efficient.
How much does a digitalization project cost?
Most of my projects range between €15,000 and €50,000, depending on complexity and scope. But every situation is unique: an initial conversation helps frame your needs and estimate a realistic budget. I prefer starting with a manageable scope that we can expand, rather than aiming too big from the start.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A targeted automation project can be operational in 1 to 3 months. A complete business application typically takes 3 to 6 months. But many of my clients work with me long-term: we evolve their tools according to their needs, sometimes for over 10 years.
During the Project
How does the collaboration actually work?
I always start by coming to your premises. I observe how you work, talk with your teams, understand your real constraints. Only after this immersion do I propose a solution. Then, we progress in short iterations with regular check-ins. You see your tool take shape and can react quickly if something doesn't fit.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I'm your single point of contact from start to finish. I'm the one who designs and develops your solution. For certain projects, I bring in specialized partners (design, specific integrations), but you never deal with a salesperson or project manager who doesn't know your case.
What happens if my needs evolve during the project?
That's normal and expected. My method allows for adaptation. We work in short iterations, so we can adjust course regularly. What matters is staying aligned on the goal: saving you time.
After Delivery
Will I be dependent on you to evolve my tool?
No, and this is essential to me. You own 100% of the source code. I use standard technologies that any competent developer can take over. I provide complete technical documentation. And I train you so you're autonomous for routine operations. My goal isn't to make you dependent, it's to make you more efficient.
Do you offer maintenance after delivery?
Yes, according to your needs. I offer maintenance contracts for regular follow-up, or on-demand interventions. Most of my clients choose a maintenance plan that includes security updates and responsive support. But you can also choose to be completely autonomous after a training phase.
What happens if I have an urgent problem?
Clients with maintenance contracts get priority support. For others, I intervene as quickly as possible based on my availability. My tools are designed to be robust: in 15 years, emergencies are rare.

What's the difference from a web agency?
In an agency, you talk to a salesperson, then a project manager, then specs are passed to developers you'll never meet. With me, you talk directly to the person who will design and build your tool. I understand your business because I come observe it on-site. And I commit long-term: some clients have been working with me for over 10 years.
Why not use standard off-the-shelf software?
Standard software forces you to adapt your way of working to how it functions. A custom tool does the opposite: it adapts to you. My clients have often tried market solutions before contacting me. Custom development costs more upfront, but the return on investment is much better because the tool actually matches your needs.
Do you work anywhere in France?
I'm based in Brest, Brittany. For the immersion phase, I travel to your location (all of Brittany, and beyond depending on the project). After that, collaboration can happen remotely without any problem. I have clients throughout France.
